What are the most common questions people ask you about your home health care services?

One of the most frequent questions we receive is, "How long have you been in business?" All Can Be Safe Home Health Care, LLC has been proudly serving  Charlotte and surrounding areas for 3 years, building a strong reputation for reliable and compassionate care.

What services are offered?

We offer personal, short and long-term care services to Medicaid beneficiaries or private-pay clients in counties across North Carolina.

Is the agency licensed and insured?

Our agency is licensed and insured according to requirements and regulations mandated by all local, state, and federal governments.

How do you vet your staff?

Our team members are vetted through thorough background checks, verified references, certification and licensure registries, as well as state and local agencies. New clients often express concerns about the trustworthiness and professionalism of caregivers entering their homes. We understand these worries and assure you that all our staff undergo rigorous background checks and comprehensive training to ensure they are not only skilled but also reliable and respectful.

How are caregivers supervised?

Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are evaluated by our agency nurse on an annual basis to assess skill levels and knowledge base. If a complaint is raised outside of this evaluation period, the agency will investigate and conclude accordingly.

What happens if a caregiver is sick or absent?

If and when one of our team members is unable to provide care, the agency will provide a fill-in Aide or CNA for the duration that the assigned Aide is unavailable.

Can I interview caregivers for myself or my loved ones?

While we do not have a formal interview process available for clients and their families to vet our caregivers themselves, we do encourage and accept all feedback about the caregivers service. If within 30 days, a client and/or their family member(s) are not satisfied, the agency will make staffing changes to ensure better alignment.

How are care plans developed for clients?

Care plans are built and determined as a result of assessments conducted by the State and our agency's nurse who measure clients ability to complete the five activities of daily living (i.e., bathing, dressing, mobility, toileting, and eating).

Do you offer 24/7 care?

If the State predetermines that a client is in need of 24/7 care, our agency is able to provide care and staffing accordingly. Private-pay clients are also able to make arrangements with our agency for around-the-clock care for their loved ones.

What are the costs and payment options for clients to receive care?

As a Medicaid beneficiary, clients care will be covered and paid out by the State directly to the agency. Private-pay clients are able to meet with the agency's Billing Coordinator to discuss and determine a fee schedule that aligns with their care needs.

Is there a minimum number of service hours for a client to be accepted by your agency?

We accept all clients within our service range no matter how many service hours they require.
