Service Range and Principal Office Proximity

By State law, our agency is authorized to provide service to any Medicaid beneficiaries who are located within ninety minutes or an hour and a half away from our principal office located in the University area of Charlotte, NC. We are permitted to service clients in the following counties: Cabarrus, Catawba, Cleveland, Davidson, Forsyth, Gaston, Guilford, Iredell, Mecklenburg, Rowan, Stanly and Union County.
